*Tad late* pre holiday haul

Hey Blogletts,
So going on holiday in 3 days! pretty exciteddd. Anyway so I picked some things up that I thought would be useful.

First of all, from TKmaxx, I picked up a physians formular bronzer. Now I thought physicians formular was only available in the land of the America, but now its in TKMaxx woopwoop. So I thought if I tan, if, then instead of blush I may want a shimmery bronzer. Plus whilst taking these photos I found it flips and comes with a brush.

Baam, next Loreal's take on the revlon lipbutters, rouge caresse in shade 03 lovely rose. I love this, my lips are in a pretty pants condition so this doesn't sit in the cracks.

I got this for the plane as it was pretty and an all round salve, not sure what else I would want to use it on but I thought it was a bit nicer than vaseline.

This nail varnish is in 'blue my mind' and this is a very pretty blue colour, simples.

This is the revlon something brush, not sure what, blending maybe. Anyway I have been using this a lot and again I love it.

Quick update

Hey blogletts,
I have been a tad M.I.A recently, course work blergh taking over my life and soon the world. BUT I am back .... for this week. I am going away next saturday (1 week today, super excited). SO I am going to try and post as much as I can this week and then away for 2 weeks so sorry about that, actually I am not all that sorry I am going on holiday aaaaaa.
Most people hate packing, I loves it. I travel quite a lot and not to toot my own horn but I am a pretty pro packer, so much I have to pack everyone elses suitcase for them.
I have got a haul post planned, should be today or tomorrow. Even though I was meant to be on a spending ban for makeup, inflicted by myself, I had to break it. I may have also ordered some AVON stuff but  I have to wait to after holiday so maybe I will do a post about that stuff when it arrives, maybe.
Anyway this is a bit rambly as I have just drank a rather large coke and me being crazy anyway mixed with coke ends up me going just looony, LOOONY.
So I am back now, for a bit then off then back, summed up in a nutshell.

Real techniques core collection

I was in desperate need of some new brushes so I picked these up in my local boots, which I was shocked that my tiny boots stocked them.
For those who don't know about the real technique brushes, they are by Samantha Chapman, one of the pixiwoo sisters. To find out if your local boots stock them, the pixiwoo blog recently did a post about all stores that stocked them.
So in the core set you get 4 brushes: a buffing brush, pointed foundation, detailer brush and a contour brush.

The brushes come with this nifty brush case which is pretty handy for travelling or just to use to store.

This is the contour brush. It is perfect for obviously getting in the contour and sculpting your face as my chipmunk cheeks need to be chizzled.

This is the pointed foundation brush, it is pretty small for a foundation brush so I prefer to use it for a concealer which it does a great job of.

Next is the small detailer brush which is intended for concealer however it is reccomended for a lip brush. I haven't had time to try this one as haven't applied a dark lipstick but when I do I bet it will be fab!

Next is the brush of all brushes. It is the buffing brush and if it is possible to marry it I would! It just buffs foundation over the skin to even out skin tone, which is what I use foundation for. I just loves it!

Also lovers of the elf powder brush, you will love this!

These brushes are so soft it is unreal, when I got them I kept rubbing them on my face. They come to around the £20 mark which for 4 brushes and a case I think is blooming good considering a mac brush can be around £30 for 1.

I really reccomend these brushes, there are others which I want to try out desperately!

How to: stop green fingers with rings

Hey Blogletts,
Pretty much all of you would have experienced cheap rings making your fingers go green yuck. So here is a quick way to stop this.
You will need a ring a a top coat/clear varnish:

Cheapy top coat

H&M leaf ring

Simply paint a light layer on the inside of the ring and leave to dry for about 10 mins. Then I advise adding another coat but this isn't needed if you don't want or are in a hurry.

It is as simple as that.

Weight Issues?

This is a bit of a different post in that it may seem a bit gloomy and doomy, I have had a bad day.
To cheer myself up I bought chocolate (and sweets). In buying this I got snooty looks from people.
I know I am not the slimmist and am unfit but why does that give others the right to judge.
I eat relatively healthy and if I want to eat why can't I, who descides what I can or can't eat ME yeah me not snooty people. I wanted to do this post to encourage every single person to be confident in their body. Everyone has those days when they think, oh I must go on a diet, but why should they. Everyone is beautiful no matter what size and should not compare themselves to anyone else, you are unique. I am past caring what others think and am pretty confident in myself, although when being made to read I am bit brain dead and go 'uuuhhhhh'. To prove this I am going to insert some pictures that some people may look at and go how dumb, how ugly, why would you do that but I just say life is too short, live it!

Q1. What is your favourite thing about blogging?
My favourite thing is knowing that I can share my passion and interests with people that understand and share them

Q2. What is your 'I can't live without it' product?
Ooo tricky, um I guess it would be mascara. Even though I have long lashes they are blonde at the roots, and I think it makes a big difference to your face

Q3. If you were stranded on a desert island with only three things, what would you want them to be? Excluding basics like food and water!
Okay I know this is lame but I am lame so doesn't matter one would be my teddy bear. He is very precious and one of a kind, literally we got him at a charity shop when I was born.
My number two would be a tinted moisturiser, when I thought of desert Island I just thought of people with curly hair and really nice skin, I'm not sure why.
Three would be a camera so I could vlog my crazy experiences so others could be like wow whats wrong with her ....

Q4. What would be your perfect date?
I am a pretty cheap date and I would love a picknick in a park in london in autumn or at the end of summer

Q5. Describe the best day of your life (so far!)
Well as this is a beauty blog I am going to answer the best day to do with beauty ... The magical day I went to Selfridges for the first time (2 weeks ago).Honestly I nearly wet myself with joy! It is beauty heaven, bag heaven everything heaven. Although I had to be sensible as I wanted to do the chicken dance .. as you do .. but I felt they would frown upon this.

Q6. If you had £1 million, what would you do with it?
A lot of people say ' I would give it ALL to charity' and that my friends is a pile of poo. If you had a million pounds the selfish aspect in you would physically not be able to however much you wanted to, unless you're super lovely which I know a lot of you are, so maybe you would give it all away. I would give a large amount to charities such as Great Ormond Street and Woking Hospice. I would then buy a horse, I love horses so much it is unreal. I would then of course buy some makeup. Maybe friends and family could have a gift, but you shouldn't have to buy their love... ooo just thought I would go travelling

Q7. Would you rather have ten cheap products or one expensive product?
Hmmmm depends on the product, like with foundation one expensive one but everything else I would go for 10 cheap.

Q8. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Hong Kong - I have been there quite a bit and I love it
